A. Schedule of Rates and Application–

1. Direct Phone Support (does the job 95% of the time)
a. A rate of $75.00 applies on a per hour basis or any portion thereof. Minimum charge of $75.00. (No charge until you're satisfied that we can provide a solution to your problems.)
b. Rate applies to direct contact as well as required off-line concept and design work, research and analysis, report preparation etc.

2. Plant Visitations (when required)
a. A rate of $100.00 applies on a per hour basis plus any portion thereof. Minimum charge of $100.00.
b. This rate applies to time actually spent working on-site and at related third-party (vendor) facilities.
c. A rate of $75.00 per hour applies to necessary off-site concept and design work, research and analysis, report preparation etc.

3. Local Travel Time to/from client’s facility is not charged. All other required travel time (in excess of one hour) is charged at at rate of $25.00 per hour. This applies to reasonably expected travel time from point A to point B. Time lost to unscheduled layovers, traffic congestion etc. is not charged. For use of personal auto, a rate of $.34 per mile applies. Where said visitations require overnite travel and/or commercial carriers, actual travel expenses and lodging/per diem also apply.

B. Billing and Payment Terms–

1. Direct Phone Support– payment by major credit card only at time of service.

2. Plant Visitations
a. Billing on weekly basis to be submitted to client’s agent each ensuing Friday.
b. Payment required each subsequent week, by check or money order. Major credit cards are an option, and are charged at time of billing.
