Troubleshooting Tips
The important thing to remember is: don't jump to conclusions!
Take a cool-headed approach! Attack the problem logically!
When you think you've nailed the culprit(s)
make just one or two changes at a time.
Be sure and record all changes and results
as you proceed you may have to backtrack.
Some tool conditions, such as edge build-up, flute packing
with chips and excessive heat will most likely disappear
once the actual causes are eliminated.
In any event, check the tool for general condition
before resuming normal production.
All other conditions shown will probably
require regrind or replacement.
